Extra Virgin olive oil pearls with Wasabi.
The pearls are spheres approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with olive oil and liquid wasabi inside that burst in the mouth when you bite them.
Yellow in colour, the pearls have an aroma and flavor of wasabi. The spicy characteristic of wasabi that goes up the nose is very present,
but much more controllable and soft than the authentic wasabi paste.
With Caviaroli wasabi you get the perfect Asian Mediterranean fusion ingredient, oil and wasabi.

Once opened it is recommended to keep it refrigerated, avoiding freezing (+2oC – +26oC) and consume in one month.
