Jamon Joselito 100 % Iberian pigs graze freely on acorns in their pasture land. The healthy fat of the oleic acid-filled acorns creates the creamy marbling in the meat, giving it a unique, sweet nutty flavor, and melt in your mouth texture. Golden-pinkish fat with creamy soft consistency. Meat with varying shades from deep red to pale pink, with numerous bright marbled fat that melts in your mouth.
