This Arbequina olive is a variety from Catalonia (Tarragona and Lleida) and Alto Aragon, Spain. It takes its name from the town of Leridana de Arbeca.
Arbequina are small, round olives native to the Spanish city of Arbeca, formerly known as Arbequa.
Ripe arbequina olives have a firm, meaty texture and fruity flavor, and Terres de Llum has created this flavour packed tapenade blended with organic olive oil to satisfy a smooth taste in the mouth. Wonderful to serve with your next charcuterie or topping your pinchos !
